Winnie Wen: Hi everyone, it’s Winnie Wen. And I am the Marketing Lead for SEOR. I’m responsible for global business development as well as solution implementation. I am the Deputy Director of the Chinese Academy of Science Blockchain Laboratory of Research and Application Operations and Development Centre. I completed my Master of Arts in Business Management and Marketing and my Master of Science in International Fashion Marketing at Heriot-Watt University. Host: Your website mentions that SEOR is going to provide a Low Code Platform. Can you tell us what that is and what does this technology offer?

Winnie Wen: Well, sure. LCDP is called Low-Code Development Platform. The technical advantages of LCDP are: dApp developers can complete app-to-Dapp development with a small amount of code, lowering the barriers for traditional industries to enter the blockchain world, allowing more people can participate in Dapp development. Not only programmers with professional programming capabilities, but also business personnel with non-technical backgrounds can build applications. Project technology development in the blockchain world often requires writing a large amount of code, which not only costs high labor and time costs, but also restricts the output and supply of products. The emergence of LCDP can not only reduce the initial cost and time cost of IT team training and technical deployment. But also give full play to the characteristics of low-code configuration flexibility and high reusability. Which provide more refined and high-quality application services for blockchain projects. It also provides an effective way to accelerate the development of blockchain technology and accelerates the future development of the blockchain industry.😉

Host: SEOR is using a hybrid consensus algorithm called “oBFT Consensus Algorithm”. This is my first time to encounter such feature for a crypto project so can you please to use how it work and what makes it compatible for SEOR’s products and services?

Winnie Wen: oBFT is a hybrid consensus algorithm combining Polkadot’s GRANDPA protocol, NPoS with our LON (Lightweight Oracle Network) protocol. oBFT brings natural cross-chain and cross-domain data interaction capabilities to SEOR Chain. Through LON verification and collection of external data, and the Oracle data in the oBFT network we reach a second consensus, therefore guaranteeing the reliability and security of the data. oBFT has the characteristics of unlimited expansion. Through VRF, the randomness and fairness of each consensus group generation are guaranteed, and at the same time, it can quickly reach the state finality. This is the reason why.. SEOR is a decentralized system specifically focused on serving oracle territory. And the reason why we do not use any mature consensus algorithm or rely on the underlying security of other public chains. In a nutshell, there are three main characters in SEOR system, data supplier, data verifier and data user. Data verifier is responsible to verify the data provided from supplier, and save the data on chain. The process that data verifier executed is very different with normal blockchain transaction verification. The data verifier of SEOR, needs mainnet nodes to confirm the authenticity, so as to prevent the data supplier providing wrong data, apart from normal signature verification. To execute the process, we developed OBFT consensus, and the independent verification mechanism of external data source is set up. The data which only has been verified from this mechanism would be imported to the trading pool for encrypting on chain.

Host: what makes SEOR different from other projects?

Winnie Wen: Compared with the main oracle systems, SEOR is a decentralized oracle system, support with varieties of main chains. We provide intuitive and instant query processing, and doesn’t have third-party failure points. SEOR supports SEOR tokens and other payments for multiple mainnet assets and contract assets. Also supports multiple data types and three technical interaction modes.

Host: Can you explain how your token works? and how your project works

Host: What is true form of SEOR? what is the goal of SEOR in the future?

Winnie Wen: SEOR offers a customizable low-code development platform of oracle date for Link Reality. Provides accurate data for different types of DAPPs serving areas such as DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi etc. Aiming to complete the construction of Web 3.0 infrastructure. The goal of Seal-Oracle Network is to effectively reduce the difficulty of technology development for traditional web developers applying to blockchain technology. And is also easier for technicians to deploy or develop technology crossing among various public chains. Seal-Oracle builds a common middle layer between decentralized applications and various blockchains to enhance efficient interaction and to create a complete Web3.0 infrastructure.

Host: Could you please share with us the background of the Seor team?

Winnie Wen: Sure, beside me, there are three core member of SEOR team, Wang Huaiyu, SEOR Tech lead. Responsible for architecture design and technology research and development at NKN. Involved in the project management, architectural design and technological R&D of ONT, TRX, ETH and DOT. Li Yingxuan, SEOR Project lead. Ex Onchain/ Ontology Beijing Technology Officer. Involved in the project management, architectural design, and technological R&D of NEO, ONT and ELA. Jon Ren PetRock Capital Co-Founder Has led the Step Finance Token Launch. The Business consultant for Volatility Protocol and Swaperry. The Strategic consultant for Faraland, Evrynet, BSCLaunch, Project Seed, Showcase, IMM and Sienna Network.

Host: Can you share to us what the highlight of Seor that put it aside from it’s rival?

Winnie Wen: I will introduce the unique features of SEOR-LCDP. A. Multi-chain unified access SDK: multi-chain-js. Self-developed unified access SDK: multi-chain-js, as well as contract customization for different blockchain systems Support for codeless contract deployment of EVM compatible chains, and unified code access for different public chains. It can quickly solve the unified interaction problem of multi-chain smart contracts. At the same time, it provides automatic integration with the SEOR public chain, which enables smart contracts on different cha.ins to quickly use the decentralized oracle. B. Seamless access to the high-performance public chain Seal-Oracle (SEOR). Seal-Oracle (SEOR) is a high-performance public chain developed by us. Which records the useful and verification of Oracle data. SEOR network is an independent oracle system. The data of the LCDP platform provides standard common data for different blockchain systems through a common data protocol, and provides accurate data for various Dapps such as DeFi, Game, Tools, etc.

Host: What are the major milestones Seor has achieved so far?

Winnie Wen: Our first version of the public chain development progress has been completed 90%; the first middleware platform DAPP-LCDP has also been launched in beta. In the recent public beta activity, for the whitelist application, we have more than 35k participants, more than 3,200 independent addresses have deployed contracts on it, and more than 1,900 independent addresses have flashcast NFT on it. We did make a good start in launching these public events to interact with our community. In terms of business cooperation, we have reached basic ecological cooperation with Polkadot and Polygon. And currently advancing the cooperation in public chain ecologies such as The Graph, Avalanche, Cardano and Solana. SEOR Web3 Foundation Grant for milestone 2 has been delivered and approved! Our goal of completing the construction of Web 3.0 infrastructure is getting one step closer!

Aurel: Can you outline the technical aspect of SEOR, what technology are you using this is unique? Is it safe and reliable?

Winnie Wen:

Firstly, I will introduce our unique technical features:
Dexterous short chain technology
In order to support the unique LON system, we developed technology to quickly verify and store the authentication of data.
Lightweight Short Chain is a ledger model that draws on the architecture of light nodes. Rather than retaining all historical information, it only retains the most recent continuous block, which is used for data synchronization and provides access to the cache. The historical data prior to the previous block will be removed and only the certification information will be retained.

Front Micro Oracle machine
In order to support the original LON system, the BFT consensus is adopted, and the Lightweight Short Chain is used as the ledger fabric model to build a lightweight blockchain system, allowing data suppliers to quickly build a set of trusted data collection systems and connect to the SEOR mainnet to verify.

The system provides a credible consensus mechanism on the premise that the performance and capacity of the data suppliers are affected as little as possible, which can effectively prevent wrong or malicious data from entering the Oracle system in advance.

Then, I will introduce the Technologies SEOR support with:
