Q1 : Could you please introduce yourself and what your position on XCarnival?

Leon : Hi guys, my name is Leon, the founder and CEO of XCarnival

I’m based in Melbourne Australia right now. I was a Serial entrepreneur in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan before diving into the blockchain

I also built Australia’s first blockchain fund with fully compliance.There is one more role that I’m the Founder of largest BSC Chinese community – BroLeon community with 50K active members.

XCarnival is a project focusing on synthetic assets..

We hope that by lowering the threshold, more people can understand the concept of synthetic assets and participate in the development and use of applications.

Unlike the current Fork trend, we did not intend to copycat a popular synthetic asset project on the market from the beginning. We started from the concept of synthetic assets itself to create a brand new application scenario.

Specifically, XCarnival will help you solve two major types of practical problems:

How to use assets in hand, especially digital assets with poor liquidity (such as NFT, etc.) and long-tail assets (such as various sub-mainstreams), to obtain additional liquidity (stable coins) through mortgage;

How to create and distribute interesting financial products (Synthetic Token) by yourself or participate as a player.

Host : 3 Can you tell me the origin of the name XCarnival?

Leon : Everyone knows what a Carnival is, which means a place for everyone to hang out and have fun.

We hope to create a place full of creative and fun applications.

Different from other competing products that are created only by the team, XCarnival products will delegate more creative power to users.

The wisdom of the masses and natural market selection will jointly create truly interesting and attractive products.

Host : 4 Sounds interesting, how are you gonna make it happen?

Leon : XArena offers a range of templates that allow users to quickly and cheaply create and publish synthetic assets for others to participate. Just like creating a prediction game, for better understanding.

Synthesizing real-world derivatives, or those that don’t even exist in the current financial markets, is one big trend for the synthetic assets space (such as the well-known Poop Market).

BTW, let me share a little bit more about this Poop

Poop Market was built to create a token that tracks the frequency of poop sightings as reported by San Francisco’s SF311.

The holders of the token “profit” the more shit reported; the “issuer” wins if shit goes down.

Leon : You are right. In fact, synthetic assets are a relatively scarce direction on BSC.

Although projects such as Mirror also cross-chain on BSC, not many people use it. It is more like a temporary strategy they have to cater to the rising trend of BSC.

Synthetic assets is actually a promising direction.

Many of the core members of our team are senior Defi miners, especially the early BSC miners, who have in-depth insights about the advantages of BSC.

One of the important reasons for choosing BSC is the low cost of its operation and its friendliness to small and medium-sized users.

These characteristics are in line with the direction of XCarnival.

Leon : lol, it’s a sharp question

Right now we have Xbroker and Megabox in testnet.

The main purpose of these two functions are helping users to unlock the liquidity of their long-tail assets, such as NFT, Altcoins and LPs.

If you want to get some money out without selling your assets, try our products. They are very easy to understand.

XArena will come later, but I do believe it will create more noise on the market.

Just as YouTube made it more accessible for the masses to embrace the video making and broadcasting space

by taking advantage of the technical advancement that made filming and broadcasting cheaper and easier, the entire industry was completely rewritten and countless creative energies were unleashed.

if someone can make this threshold as simple and cheap as YouTube did with video production? What will happen?

Member 2 : What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market? In contrast, what is your weakness? How do you plan to overcome it?（@reailme7i）

Leon : I can’t say leading the market now, but will try in future.

There are pretty good projects on the market, but we have unique points.

We care about people who don’t know defi a lot and small users.

You don’t need to spend too much money on gas and you may earn a good return if you have great ideas.

Weakness is: XCarnival is branding newcomer to the current market

Leon : good question

I’m investor as well and mananged a fund once.

First, you should check the investors, if they are institutions with a good portfolio and reputation, then this project won’t be too bad.

XCarnival has Fundamental, SNZ, AU21, NGC and lots of great investors.

And The crypto fund of the Ant Financial Service Group(Alibaba Group) just invested in XCarnival days ago.

Second, you should check whether the team has achieved goals step by step.

XCarnival has won the Champion of Hackthon Competition of BSC last week.

It’s a proof that you can trust on.

Member 4 : Why did you choose to partner with Solana? Is this driven by the advantages of Proof of History combined with Proof of Stake and also relatively fast transaction speed — up to 710k transactions/sec on 1gbit/s network?(@Crypto_FansS2)

Leon : Solana showed great welcome to XCarnival from the very beginning.

We talked with the head of Solana ecosystem months ago and have accepted their invitation to the Solana Hackthon.

From the tech aspect, we do think the transaction speed is an important factor.

But we also think the rapid growth of Solana eco will bring XCarinal more chances to attract users and money.

XCarnival is a multi-chain solution, and we’ll take this advantage to the most.

BTW, we’re going to deploy on Polygon as well.

Leon : Yeah, there is a little story behind and inspired me to create XCarnival.

I was ranked top 80 in Atomic.blue defi degan test worldwidely

However when I tried Synthetics the first time, I got totally lost.

I can’t imagine how newcomers’ feeling and believe I can definitely make a much more user-friendly product.

That’s why I put “Accessible for the masses” in our Vision.

We have plan to add Fiat entry in future to make more ppl who don’t know blockchain can enjoy our interesting products.

Leon :You right, I’d like to share my own investment experience on AAVE. I did my research and believe the story, then ignore any short-term information. Then I earn over 100X return, which is one of the biggest bags.

Member 2 : ✅ NFT is really trending topic now in the market. So, how do Your project plan to onboard the development of NFTs and how do Your project plan to combine it with DeFi?

Leon : NFT is hot now and I believe it will much hotter in future. XCarnival provide a solution for all NFT projects to unlock their liquidation which has been warmly welcomed.

Member 3 : How do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not spoken well? Do you have local communities for them to let them better understand about your project??

Leon :We’ll leverage the power of local crypto communities like CRYPTOIZ, and will consider Ambassador plan in future.

Member 4 : What are your plans on GLOBAL adoption? Which country is presently focused on ?

Leon :We are aiming at U.S, South East Asia, Korea, Russia, Middle East

Member 5 : I am a professional vulnerability finder on the web, do you think Your system is secure enough from hackers? Does your project have a program that rewards individual vulnerability detection of the system?

Leon : Exactly, we care security and we have applied two great company to do the audtion, however, I personally have strong willing to set bounty program for white hats to help us.
