Host: Could you please introduce yourself first and share with us the background of the MeMusic team?

MeMusic: Sure, I’m part of Marketing team at MeMusic, I’ve 5+ years of work experience as a CMO in traditional finance and Blockchain Space

Ours is a diversed team with a strong experience in Music, Fintech and Consultation background. Our CEO K. Chong has an experience of 20+ years as lawyer in entertainment industry and has represented multiple K-Pop lables and companies. Andrew our CDO has led design for National Bank of Ukraine. Our COO Y Chong has worked as a consultant to 10+ Blockchain companies. Our CSO is one of the top influencer and K-POP artist with a following of 1.1M across socials.

Host: Can you share to us what the highlight of MeMusic that put it aside from it’s rival? please share to us?

MeMusic: We are working on blockchain based royalty distribution. Our payouts are transparent and most of the revenue will directly go to artists, the middleman elimination is the reason for most of the payout. Also, the payouts will be mostly instant which isn’t the case for other mentioned services.

Host: Please tell us more about the token utility

MeMusic: We are creating fan edition private communities for users to engage with their favourite artists who are on our platforms. Governance is one another thing where our tokens are used.

Apart from these two, for payment of subscription fee and discounted owning of NFTs MeMusic tokens are used

Host: What are the major milestones MeMusic has achieved so far?

MeMusic: We have successfully completed our accelerator program with OV. The diffusion day is ongoing. We’ve also onboarded 5 artists and 2 music companies as our launh partners.

We are at a good stahe in terms of fundraising and our NFT platform will be live in Jan

Host: Partnership is a important point, so can you list some big partnership you have to now?

MeMusic: Certainly, as mentioned we’ve partnered with YG Plus who is also our launch partner. We have sinnged strategic partnership with VisionGame, WeBloc and OV.

Host: Is any information for the MeMusic fundraising? as I did not see any IDO or IED update, or the project is still under the seed or private round?

MeMusic: We are in process of fundraising, we’ve onboarded 10+ investment partners already and in talks with several hig rated VCs. Once we close our funding we will announce the platform and date for IDO/IEO

Host: What is your planning to compete with other platform like Audius?

MeMusic: As a reward mechanism and to increase the engagement of each user on our platform, we will be offering incentives for both users and investors. Users can mine tokens by streaming music on our platform. We also will have exclusive opportunity for our platform users to engage in different activities with which they can be engaged with musicans and artists.

Host: what advantage your project have that other, in same project?

MeMusic: We are working on blockchain based royalty distribution. With respect to monetization, we will have monthly subscription charges but will be highly competitive with respect to other platforms because of low transaction cost at MeMusic.

MeMusic: We are working out with our partners, VCs, KOLs. Along with that we’ve hired an marketing agency to work with us for agressive marketing. We plan to cover all sorts of marketing and have started it a while back. Our plan to to have a solid launch and also make sure to acquire as much as users during the launch.

𝑻𝒉𝒂́𝒏𝒉 𝒅𝒖 𝒅𝒊̉𝒏𝒉 𝒍𝒆̂𝒏 𝒎𝒂̣̆𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒂̆𝒏𝒈: What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team leading the market?

MeMusic: We will be working on the copyright strike strategy for Music plagiarism. Our marketplace will have an option to own fractional ownership of copyright itself. Our team has researched about it and integrating things that will be help us to prevent this issue.

Cô Nàng Hổ Báo: How can I join the pre-sale or IDO? What is extimated date Where can I buy your Tokens?

MeMusic: We plan to conduct TGE sometime in Jan 2022, at the moment we are in fundraising stage. Once we do TGE we list the day next to it, we are in talks with several exchanges and IDO platforms atm

Kim Anh Patton: Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

MeMusic: Governance is one of the thing that we are definitely working on and user rights at the moment are basically to own copyright and vote for music to stream on the platform and the royalty for it.
