Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo supports young people to be more literate in the crypto asset industry following the development of the sector.

“Together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, we want these young people to be educated on the problems of life in the future, what is called blockchain, tokens, crypto in the future will be very basic fundamentals,” he said, as quoted by Antara.

He saw that the presence of DCT brought enthusiasm to provide literacy to the younger generation, especially millennials and generation Z.

“The spirit is the same as the Ministry of Youth and Sports, we do not only focus on sports but also create youth who are ready to face today’s and tomorrow’s challenges,” he said.

He also hopes that one day DCT can collaborate with Kemenpora to support the young entrepreneurial sector.

“We have a training center for young people called Prestasi Hub. In the youth entrepreneurship program we have partnered with 38 universities throughout Indonesia. It would be cool if Degree (DCT, Ed.) could collaborate,” he explained.

He also appreciated DCT who has high concern for the development of sports in the country, because he is currently listed as the adoptive father of the sport of bowling. “I hope Degree will find more benefits so that other sports can also enjoy it,” he said.

Meanwhile, Co-Founder of DCT Dobby Lega Putra hopes that the inauguration can provide positive encouragement for Indonesia’s young generation in exploring the potential in the world of crypto assets and blockchain technology.

“DCT has also set up a special learning center dedicated to education about crypto, especially DCT. This provides an opportunity for young people who are interested and want to understand more about the crypto world to get full access to learning, inspiration and involvement in digital crypto assets. ,” he said.
